Edward H. Ferking, Jr. is President and CEO of true north usa, LLC which is a computer software consulting company specializing in spreadsheet automation for science and industry.

Mr. Ferking spent over 20 years of his career working for a fortune 200 company as a chemical engineer, technical manager and corporate expert in manufacturing logistics and quality control. In 2002 Mr. Ferking founded true north usa and now devotes 100% of his time supporting other professionals in the area of spreadsheet automation.

His work setting is extremely interesting and technically complex. It involves many dazzling advanced hardware and software tools. Mr. Ferking makes extensive use of the World Wide Web to collaborate with other remote professionals and software companies in a demanding business environment where performance, efficiency and timeliness is the key business objective.

Bernard R. Martin is a distinguished California businessman and insurance executive. Mr. Martin is Founder, President, and CEO of B. R. Martin Company.

The B.R. Martin Company is an insurance underwriting company with over 30 years of experience serving businesses in the Los Angeles area. Mr. Martin's list of clients is extremely impressive including William R. Hearst, IBM, Hewlett Packard and others.

Mr. Martin is semi-retired and currently owns homes in California and Florida as well as spends significant periods of time at his time share condominium in Marco Island, Florida. Mr. Martin's wife, Betty, is also an officer and active partner of the company. The Martin's increasingly are downsizing their day to day activity in the California company and spend a significant portion of their time managing things remotely from their home in Florida. Mr. Martin maintains a large, meticuloulsy organized and well equipped personal office at his Florida residence.

Mr. Martin is a much sought after expert witness in court litigation involving insurance fraud and insurance liability cases. He enjoys this work and plans to continue do this type of consulting after retirement. He has also acquired citrus property in Florida and is an active member of the Florida's Natural Citrus Cooperative. Mr. Martin enjoys the outdoors and takes an active personal role in the caretaking and management of his groves.
