Office Equipment and Infrastructure

Phones: We have the latest in modern phone technology including the Panasonic Multi Talk 8 Digital Wireless Multi Station Phone System. We maintain a full line of phone services including CallerID, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Personal Secretary, Digital Message Mailbox, Speaker Phone and Headset, remote handsets for conference rooms and meeting rooms.

Internet Service Provider: We use Verizon as our internet service provider and have a high speed DSL connection to the World Wide Web. Internet surfing capability is available anywhere in our facility via our wireless-G broadcast system. This is very convenient for executives that use our meeting and conference room facilities. We also have a portable laptop for your use when you visit, that will communicate with the World Wide Web and our Microsoft Windows 2003 client server network.

Computers: We use top of the line desktop equipment from both Gateway and Dell. Our workstations all have in excess of 1,000 MB of RAM. They are all 2.5 GHZ or faster, we have both CD and DVD read/write capability including DVD+, DVD-, and DVD RAM. Our work stations utilize multi-monitor LCD flat panel displays. Our executive workstations have multiple 19.5 or 20.5 inch LCD digital monitors with video web cam and microphone components.

Networking: Our computers are networked using Cisco LinkSys Digital Broadband Routers and LinkSys Digital Switches. The system broadcasts network and internet access throughout our facility using the latest 811.G Wireless technology protected by WEP encrypted keys and Mac Address Filtering Security. We as well have standard CAT5 TCP/IP wired networking infrastructure throughout. The central network hardware is a 2004 Dell Power Edge Server with dual Intel Xenon 2.4 GHZ processors, 2.5 GB of SDDR RAM . The server has multiple high performance/high volume hot pluggable SCSI hard drives The server and all other computers are protected by American Power Conversion (APC) UPS battery backup systems

Printers, Copiers, Fax, Scanners: Our equipment in this area is all Hewlett Packard. We can fax, scan, copy and print in color including photo image quality prints. High volume and/or large format printing and copying jobs are outsourced to with one day turnaround. We do not feel it is efficient or cost savvy to maintain high end reproduction equipment on-site.

Digital Projection Equipment : Our projection equipment is 100% Dell. We maintain two each high quality, lightweight (Dell 3200 MP) projectors (VGA, SVGA, DVI, Stereo) with handheld remote and laser pointers along with two each 100" professional quality projection screens for clients working on site.

Digital Audio Video Equipment : We maintain an Olympus Digital Camera (3.5 MP) , a JVC Digital Video Camera, and Olympus Digital Voice Recorders at our facilities for our use and for the use of our visiting clients. Our offices and meeting rooms have a distributed in-ceiling stereo sound system with an ADCOM and Yamaha sound components. We use a Harmon Kardon Computer Stereo Speaker System with Subwoofer for video presentations.

Meeting Facilities

Conference Rooms and Work Areas: We maintain an impressive executive conference room with seating for eight individuals. The conference room is a two-story workspace and antique reference book library, with an additional workgroup area in the loft.

The upper workgroup area is equipped with a 4X8 porcelain magnetic white board, work tables, leather manager chairs, wired and wireless network/internet access points, mobile wireless networked color printer, office supplies and phone. The loft also contains a social area with fully equipped wet bar, sink, clear icemaker, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator.

The conference room and work areas all have electrical, network/Internet connections and sound equipment for the most demanding of presentations. There are several restaurants within our block that provide world class catering for business lunches and meetings.

Software and Tools

Our office systems are Microsoft based using Windows XP Professional. We maintain an impressive list of software and other tools to support you.
