At Prestige Partners we offer a wide range of services to meet your individual needs.

  • Conference Facilities:

    We will host your business meetings at our facility using our executive conference room and workgroup area. We will furnish projection, sound, computer and internet tools for your presentations.  We will arrange to have your meetings catered using one of our local restaurants.  We will internally provide refreshments for you and your guests including gourmet coffees, teas, fruit juices, soft drinks, spring water, donuts, bagels, cookies, fresh fruit, chocolates, etc.

  • Database Management:

    We will create, edit, maintain, report data on your behalf in Microsoft Access or Microsoft SQL Server. We can make this information available to you using the World Wide Web and Active Server Page (ASP) technology.

  • Digital Imaging:

    We will copy, fax, scan and electronically transmit your documents and images in color or black and white. We will convert to hard copy in any standard size and format up to poster size and photo quality.

  • Document Processing:

    We provide a complete line of document processing services in both hard and soft copy including preparation, proofing, editing of correspondence, reports, contracts, tables, figures, charts, lists. We will work from your handwritten, electronic or voice recorded drafts. We produce output in all standard formats and sizes.

  • Electronic Media:

    We will create, copy, edit, catalog and  file your audio and video media using CD, DVD or DVD RAM format. We will receive or transmit electronic files via email or file transfer protocol (FTP)  over the World Wide Web.

  • Event Planning and Arrangements:

    We will plan and handle arrangements for Board Meetings, Board and Staff Retreats, Employee Dinners, Annual Meetings, Awards Banquets, Training Seminars, Company Sponsored Outings, Customer Appreciation Dinners, etc.

  • File Management:

    We will create, organize, log, cross reference  and maintain both hard and soft copy files for you.  We will provide tools for you to search and access your electronic documents utilizing the World Wide Web.  We will archive your electronic documents at agreed intervals in a safety deposit box (yours or ours) using CD or DVD media.

  • General Bookkeeping:

    We will create, edit, maintain your billing and invoicing transactions, expense and project tracking utilizing Intuit Quick Books.  We will monitor and manage your checking and savings accounts.  We will create and maintain  stock portfolio information and manage stock alerts, breaking news, etc. according to your needs.  We will make information and reports available to you over the World Wide Web utilizing Virtual Office and Text Messaging.

  • Internet Research:

    We will research and compile results for you on any topic utilizing online reference and search engine tools.

  • Mail Processing:

    We will manage all of your incoming and outgoing mail (soft or hard copy) including packages and other special mailings. We will open, analyze, forward, file, log, respond to your incoming mail. We will prepare, package, post and ship your outgoing mail and packages. You may forward your electronic or US mail directly to us.  We will monitor your existing email provider.  We will set up a US Post Office Box or email accounts for you at your request. We are located 1 block from the US Post Office. We routinely utilize UPS, USPS Express Mail, FedEx.

  • Notary Services:

    We will notarize your personal and legal documents.

  • Phones:

    We will answer, log and respond to incoming or forwarded phone calls. We will set up and manage multi-party conference calls and international calls. We will create dedicated lines for you or allow you to forward your phone(s) to our pool number. We will answer your dedicated lines with your personal or business greeting. We will answer forwarded calls with the Prestige Partners Front Desk greeting. We will make logs of  all your calls and make them available to you over the World Wide Web via Virtual Office. We will alert you, or transfer to you, important calls based on you current call management plan.

  • Presentations and Graphics:

    We will prepare your Power Point presentations, and other presentation graphics including handouts, posters, overhead transparencies, etc.  We can assist you in Web Casting your presentation to your business partners using Microsoft Office Live or WEBEX.

  • Purchasing:

    We will create and issue purchase orders, or credit/debit card orders and receive goods on your behalf.

  • Relocation and Office Set Up:

    We will assist you in every aspect of setting up a new office and/or moving from an existing office. We will assist you in planning, packing, unpacking, moving, coordinating, leasing, furnishing, decorating, stocking, setting up and equipping your office.

  • Remote Assistance:

    We will assist you with your PC and office software remotely using Windows XP Remote Assistance or PC Anywhere software.

  • Spreadsheets:

    We will create, edit, file, catalog and maintain Excel spreadsheets. We have an advanced knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet features including text manipulation, advanced formatting, advanced functions, auto filtering, solver, goal seek, data validation, pivot tables, advanced charting, and others.

  • Travel Arrangements and Itinerary:

    We will manage and monitor your personal and business itinerary and travel arrangements including train, aircraft, car, limousine, watercraft, lodging, meals, meeting rooms, theater, concert and sports tickets.

  • Virtual Office:

    We can create and maintain for you a personalized and confidential multi-page web site area on our servers that you can access from anywhere on the globe via the Internet, using a standard web browser. We can set it up to meet your most demanding remote information access needs including: real time reporting on our activities, phone logs, correspondence logs, document files, media files, your contacts and address book, maps, references, travel itineraries, resumes, profiles, document templates, urgent messages and alerts, our billing statements, your personal and business calendars, database reports, Power Point presentations, your financial reports, emergency procedures and codes, personal and business pictures, favorite links, etc. You can communicate directly with us and update your information from this area.  You can grant and manage access to this site on a page-by-page basis for family, business partners, and clients.

  • Web Casting:

    We will set up and manage web cast meetings and conferences on your behalf.  We use Microsoft Office Live and WEBEX service providers.

  • Web Page Maintenance:

    We will maintain personal or business web pages on your site and/or on our site including create and edit of content, testing and updating of links and downloads, etc.
