At Prestige Partners we maintain as much of your office information in electronic form, as possible. We do this so that we can make it avalailable to you over the World Wide Web via Virtual Office. This means that you can access your information any time of the day and from any where in the world. Maintaining information in an electronic file structure also allows you to use electronic methods to search for and sort your documents and information.

Prestige Partners can configure and maintain
both standard and custom menu items. Shown above is a sampling of
our standard menu features.
Each sub area can have a completely different and unique set of menu items pertaining to that major area . Look at the "Database Reports" menu item above to see how this works.
We can display information on this site in both a static and dynamic way .
- This means that some areas of the site will appear
the same and have the same content each time you visit. This would be
considered static content. Static content can be changed
but it will only change when you request us to change it.
The text you are reading now is static content. It will be the same the next
time you enter this site.
Dynamic content, on the other hand, is based on the very latest information. This would be things like your phone logs, mail logs, contacts, correspondence, etc. It can also include data you maintain, or your business partners maintain, on a standard "web enabled" database. The message in the scrolling marquee above is dynamic content. This means that our office staff can instantly change this message and the next time you enter or refresh the browser you will see the new message. You will also notice that this page refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
Each time you bring up a page with dynamic content the browser will first query the related databases and file directories and always show the most current content. For example, the date and time stamps on the status of your document files (see Status menu item above) will be re-queried and calculated dynamically each time you open this page .
You have the abiliy to display and/or download your documents and reports from this area. You can also print any content that you can see on the web browser.
You can send data to our server including instant messages and electronic documents. In some cases you can update, edit and change your database information directly over the Web.
